But behind it there's over a decade of custom software for healthcare, industry and automotive — from back when AI was still after-dinner science fiction, to now, where we build our own AI tailored to each program. Ada Hajdini

Business Marketing & Business Development. Co-founder of Parkwin. Strategic marketing and business development consultant under her own brand AdaSinH. At Parkwin she connects market, client and product, translating real parking operations into commercial, functional and strategic decisions.

Her career focuses on helping companies sharpen their value proposition, spot market opportunities and turn complex ideas into actionable messages, processes and decisions.

At Parkwin she brings the business lens: she understands what a client needs to hear, which frictions block adoption and how the product must evolve to answer real problems in the sector. Her role is especially relevant in the platform's validation, positioning and commercial growth stage.

02 · Product & AI

Rafael Palomino

Tech project director. Co-founder of Parkwin. Over 15 years leading tech projects, development teams and digital solutions applied to business and industry. Drives the technical vision, architecture and technological evolution of Parkwin.

He has built his career leading technology projects where reliability, planning and execution are critical. His experience lets him turn business needs into technical structures that are viable, scalable and sustainable.

At Parkwin he makes sure the platform isn't just a working tool, but a system ready to grow: from the product's operational core to future integrations, automations and AI applied to parking management.

03 · Engineering

Aida Kastner

Senior Software Engineer. Senior software engineer specialized in full-stack development, .NET and application architecture. Works on the design and development of Parkwin's technological core, ensuring stability, code quality and maintainability.

Her work centers on building software that's robust, clear and ready to evolve. She combines technical judgment, development experience and product vision to turn operational requirements into working features inside the platform.

At Parkwin she helps make sure every flow, screen and internal piece of logic has a solid technical foundation. Her focus is on system reliability, development quality and keeping the product stable as features and operational demands grow.
